Under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Human Resources Information Technology Section QUALIFICATIONS Education Advanced University Degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Computer or Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or other related field. A first level university degree with a combination of relevant academic qualifications and experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Work Experience A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in computer applications and the design, implementation, operations and maintenance of complex information systems, including experience in developing and overseeing large centralized and distributed institutional systems and including experience at the international level. Experience in both public and private sector organizations desirable. Experience managing projects using project management tools and business analysis methodology also desirable.
