SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER
Reporting directly to the Supply Director, the
incumbent will oversee the provision of an efficient and effective
supply planning system that consistently deliver uninterrupted product
supply and ensuring optimal customer service levels are delivered. Scope
of job will include Material Requirement Planning; Capacity planning
(Supply and Supplier); Manage S&OP process; Inventory Management and
Port Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a supply plan that ensures adequate covers of finished goods to
meet the target customer service level.
Lead Material Requirement Planning to facilitate realisation of Supply
Plan
Regular Review and update of JDE Planning Parameters.
Execute Bi-yearly Rough Cut Capacity Planning for the Factory and Key
Suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery of all ordered Raw and Packing Materials in the
Materials Requirement Plan.
Manage Inventory (FG, RM PM) to meet NWC Targets improvement projects &
execution in order to make the operation more efficient and cost
effective
Overall responsibility of identification of warehousing and Distribution
improvement projects & execution in order to make the operation more
efficient and cost effective.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified, applicants must possess:
B.Sc. or equivalent in Applied Sciences, Engineering or Business
Administration
Around 7 years of relevant practical experience in an FCMG.
Strong analytical skills, numerate and communication skills.
In depth knowledge of Supply Chain planning and optimization, Sales
Forecasting and Replenishment, Operations Planning, Inventory
Management, Manufacturing Performance Management as well as Application
and exploitation of IT.
LOGISTICS MANAGER
Reporting directly to the Supply Director, job holder
will be responsible for providing world-class customer services through
implementation of superior strategies. Scope of job includes
distribution of Finished Products, management of contracted haulage
services, export of finished Product, Demand Management as well as
Warehousing Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct responsibility for achievement of KPls for the Logistics
operations especially the Customer service performance factors (OFR and
PFR)
Preparation and control of annual logistics budgets, indirect and direct
overheads, variances, and operating efficiencies
Ensure efficient and effective operation of Warehousing and distribution
equipments.
Manage all Contracted Haulage Service Providers ensuring adherence to
contract and optimum delivery performance.
Manage all warehousing operations and ensure robust controls within the
operation
Direct responsibility for the implementation of Key Distributor
Replenishment System.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified, candidates must possess:
Minimum B.Sc. or equivalent in Sciences, Engineering or Business
Administration from a recognised institution.
Around 7 years of relevant practical experience in logistics and
warehousing operation, in an FMCG environment.
Must be computer literate.
Leadership, Teamwork, Communication and Problem Solving skills
sound knowledge of Distribution management, Transportation Management,
Distribution Planning, and Logistics Expenses Budgeting
