Chief Operations Officer (COO) South & West Africa

GroFin is building institutional capacity and needs additional executive management. This opportunity demands superior management ability with specific emphasis on SME finance as well as the ability to ensure a prudent credit risk environment.

The COO will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the regional offices; integrating the strategic plan of GroFin with the investment operations or the region and the development of teams to ensure sustainability, profitability and investment efficiency.

The successful candidate will be a commercially astute and customer focused leader that can help us realise our vision and exploit opportunities in the international growthfinancial industry.
He/she will have at least six years executive management experience in the financial services sector of a large company.
 

Business Development Manage (BDM) Nigeria

The BDM will be responsible for sourcing and structuring investment transaction, analysing business Plans, obtaining investment approval, continuous support and transaction management. The role required experience and expertise in client relationship management, business management, consulting, finance, accounting and credit management. The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications in (corporate) finance, accounting and /or consulting. Exposure to the SME -environment will be an advantage.
