The Microsoft Academy for MBA Hires is a two-year programme designed to take passionate MBAs and set them on one of many diverse career paths across Microsoft's Sales, Marketing and Services group. The ideal candidate would have recently completed his/her MBA, with no more than 5 years' working experience in sales, marketing or consulting within

* Account Technology Specialist
The Account Technology Specialist (ATS) adds value to Microsoft by providing technical guidance to Enterprise Customers, resulting in the expanded deployment of Microsoft technology, including technology adoption, in targeted accounts. The role requires that the ATS has an in-depth knowledge of customers' IT environments and insight into customer IT environments and insight into customers' IT strategies and IT-level business drivers.

 

 

Requirements: Strong technical background in infrastructure technologies with 3+ years' pre-sales and/or consulting experience essential.

* Developer and Platform Evangelist Lead
The Developer Evangelist is a technical role with the objective of influencing technology decision makers in customer accounts, at partner, and in academia, as well as engaging with the broad community of developers and students in Nigeria and Anglophone West Africa. Other responsibilities include driving excitement around developer-related technologies which include. Net Framework, Visual Studio, Windows Service, Office, and Vista.

Requirements: 5+ years' software development and architecture experience with marketing and team management/project management experience

* Account Manager
The Account Manager drives business development and revenue generation by proactive engagement with Enterprise Customers within Nigeria and Anglophone West Africa, and partners effectively with the selected Microsoft partner base to deliver Microsoft products, strategy, services and solutions to the Enterprise Sectors.

Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification with more than 6 years sales experience in the IT industry, focusing mainly on enterprise accounts.
