Sales Administration Manager (Ref.HFML/07/01)
The position reports to the Director, Sales Operations. The incumbent will have responsibility for the following functions:

Prompt processing of customers' sales orders through effective liaison with the Area Sales Managers and other field sales officers.
Preparation of daily product distribution plan.
Effective supervision of the sales documentation process and liaison with the Logistics and Supplies Department to ensure an efficient product dispatch service.
Liaison with Customers and their agents to enhance the quality of the product delivery process.
Preparation of appropriate management information reports towards an efficient monitoring of the sales administration process.

 

 

The ideal candidate will be between 30 and 40 years of age with a good University Degree or equivalent in the Social Sciences, Physics, Engineering, Finance or Accountancy and have at least, 5 years' experience in sales or supply chain management environment. Candidates with qualifications in other disciplines but who possess an MBA degree will also be be considered for the position. Fluency in more than one major Nigerian language will enhance the candidacy of the applicants. Candidates are expected to be highly numerate, be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, and have some experience in the use of financial accounting software.


Area Sales Manager (Ref. HFML/07/02)
The position reports to the National Sales Manager with responsibility for managing the Company's sales operations in a sales territory. This will include managing existing clients and developing new ones, prompt and safe delivery of orders to customers, management of Customer relations, managing the sales and trade marketing activities in the Sales Area and providing accurate and timely management information.

The ideal candidate will be between 30 and 36 years of age and possess a good University Degree or equivalent with 5-8 years' sales management experience in the consumer goods industry. Self-confidence, excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential attributes for this position. Fluency in more than one Nigerian language will be an advantage


Senior Sales Officers/Sales Officers (Ref. HFML/07/03)

Successful candidates will report to the Area Sales Manager and join a dynamic sales team to, among others:

Widen the customer base, thereby growing the market share in the sales territory
Manage Customers' order procurement
Ensure products are delivered promptly and
Provide necessary after sales support to the customers
Liaison with the Marketing Team to implement marketing support activities in his sales territory for the deepening of brand loyalty and adoption.

The ideal candidate will be between 25 and 35 years of age and possess a good University Degree or equivalent with 2-5 years' relevant post qualification experience in the sales and distribution of consumer goods. Excellent communication and inter personal skills are essential for this position.
Fluency in more than one Nigerian language will be an advantage.

Human Resources Manager (Ref. HFML/07/04)
The successful candidate will report to the Director, Human Resources, and has direct responsibility for the following functions:

Employee Compensation and Staff Welfare
Manpower and Resource Planning.
Development and implementation of appropriate HR-operating systems.
Employee recruitment and retention.
Setting in regular motion, Performance Management activities: issuing job descriptions, tracking performance, initiating and ensuring appraise cycles' complete.
Liaison with external organisations, e.g., Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Nigerian Employers' Consultative Association (NECA), Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Pension Administrators, Lagos Business School (LBS) and others.
Managing and providing leadership to other HR assistants.

The ideal candidate for this position will be between 35 and 38 years of age and must possess at least a good University Degree in any of the following fields: Business Administration or Social Sciences. The required experience span is between 8-10 years in a manufacturing or commercial setting.
