Human Resources
Senior Manager & Officers
Develops HR & Admin policies and manages all admin and personnel-related
plans and processes such as manpower planning, recruitment, training,
compensation, performance management and payroll.
Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive HR &
A Management Systems and in carrying out Business Process studies
related to the HR and Admin functions.
Procurement Logistics & Facilities
Senior Manager & Officers
Oversees supplier sourcing, purchasing and inventory management
functions to support the activities of all operating units.
Oversees and monitors the purchasing and contracts functions to ensure
efficient procurement operations.
Oversees the effective provision, sourcing, upkeep, maintenance and
upgrade of office premises, external sites, staff accommodation,
equipment/furniture/fixtures, utilities, etc.
Oversees and controls the logistic planning and inventory control
functions to support the activities of all operating units.
Corporate Affairs
Senior Manager
Devises methods to promote the Corporate image, brands and
product/services portfolio.
Manages and guides PR Agency in developing PR campaigns and CSR
strategies and guidelines.
Manages relationships with media, government and the public in general.
Regulatory & Legal
Manager/Regulatory Relations
Manages the Regulatory Relations function and ensures compliance with
all procedures and guidelines of the Regulatory Authorities
Formulates submissions on policy issues.
Liaises with other operators to ensure smooth and healthy relationship.
Advises departments on regulatory issues and policies.
Legal Advisor
Manages the legal functions of the Organisation, Examines and advises all
issues of documentation, litigation, negotiations and contracts to
ensure that Company's business interests are protected. Coordinates the
appointment and briefing of lawyers on all court cases.
Finance
Senior Manager
Supports the CFO in ensuring that accounting, financial control,
analysis and reporting activities are carried out as per professional
and corporate accounting standards, procedures and guidelines.
Manages the production of accounts, financial statements and reports.
Reviews budget and cost allocations and provides accurate management
information.
Ensure compliance with finance regulatory guidelines, as required.
Sales & Marketing
Product Development Manager
Develops business and marketing plans for products and services launches
and promotional campaigns. Manages, product/services portfolio and
closely monitors the volume and revenue growth as well as quality of
service delivery.
Sales manager
Develops and manages relationship with key and large accounts as per
sales strategies and plans. Plans and develops sales campaigns to suit
the different needs of the various market segments. Monitors sales
performance of assigned sales team. Negotiate, contract and liaise with
Legal as required. Ensures delivery of solutions tailored to customer
needs.
Customer Care Manager
Devises and implements innovative and effective customer care programmes
in order to develop and enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
Monitors, reviews and enhances marketing and sales processes and
procedures.
Marketing Communications Manager
Manages all marketing communications activities to ensure that
communication goals of advertising campaigns for products and services
are achieved.
Integrates and coordinates execution of above-the-line, below-the-line
and point-of-sales communication tools.
Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying
out the assigned functions.
Engineering & IT
Senior Manager/Network Planning & Operations
Participates in developing technology roadmap, network performance KPI
and measures for key telecom services. Conducts strategic assessment of
architecture and technology.
Monitors and assesses vendor deployment efforts on turnkey projects and
monitors project deliverables based on agreed contract terms.
Coordinates and reports on the Operation and Maintenance function and
ensures monitoring of network performance.
Senior Manager/Solutions Delivery
Leads the creation, development and maintenance of various applications
for IT systems in the corporation.
Ensures that software is tested and new systems are installed and
implemented as per specifications and schedule.
Manage development and maintenance projects in line with user requests,
detailed plans and budgets.
Develops security policies and procedures for telecom networks.
Senior Manager/IT Operations
Develops IT policies and procedures; provides maintenance for office
applications, computers and networks for IT users.
Collects usage data for billing and customer care systems.
Manages storage operations and oversees data warehousing for MIS & KM
systems and implements disaster recovery procedures.
IT Analyst
Identifies and analyses various IT solutions to improve and enhance the
performance of the current systems of the Project.
Coordinates with other Departments/sections in Finance, Sales and
Marketing, etc., to review the effectiveness of business processes.
Devises proposals to improve work procedures and standards.
IT Administrator
Monitors, reviews and controls the planning, implementation, operations
and maintenance of both hardware and software systems.
Assist in resolving all hardware concerns to ensure that required
service level is maintained.
Controls the implementation of data disaster recovery strategies,
proposes contingency plans for data recovery and periodic testing and
trial to ensure validity and operational efficiency of Dbase systems.
Education & Experience
Must have a degree in the relevant field and a minimum of 8-10 years
working experience for Managerial level positions and 4-6 years
experience for other positions.
Other Requisites
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Excellent communication skills.
High level of computer literacy.
Proven track record of achievements in the relevant area.
Result and target oriented.
