Operations Officer (Health Sector Program)
Requirements/Qualifications:
Masters degree in Finance/Business Administration, Commerce, Economics;
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private sector, health sector, SME polices, or related sectors;
Experience with designing and implementing projects in transition and developing economies and in managing project team;
Strong analytical skills and experience, practical understanding of the health sector;
Experience in task managing capacity building programs for SMEs;
Prior experience working in WBG TA would be an added advantage but not compulsory;
Proactive and responsible person with a strong capacity for working independently and ability to develop strategies and approaches to reach objectives
Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills as well as managerial capacity
Results-oriented approach with demonstrated history of accomplishment
Excellent drafting, presentation and reporting skills in English.

Operations Officer Financial Advisor (Corporate Governance Program)
Minimum Requirements:
A degree in banking, finance, accounting or other related field;
5 years direct work experience in banks, or 5 years consulting assistance to banks.
Demonstrable knowledge of risk management, internal control and associated functions within banks;
Knowledge of Nigerian and international corporate governance practices;
Work experience in Africa;
Strong organizational abilities, team orientation, patience, sensitivity to company polities, self confidence and persuasiveness, optimism and energy.
Excellent written, oral and communication skills;
Strong analytical and presentation skills;
Fluency in English.

Business Development Officer (Advisory Services)
Selection Criteria
A degree (preferably at post-graduate level) in one or more of the following disciplines; economics/finance/business/public policy;
Excellent organizational, communications and inter personal skills;
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a team environment;
Experience in program/project management;
Fluence in English;
Good knowledge of Nigeria is an added advantage.
