The Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR)
established to coordinate the reforms of public services in Nigeria,
with the assistance of DFID, requires the services of two (2)
candidates:
TECHNICAL OFFICER INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION
who has technical ability to support the work of the BPSR Communication
Department in implementing its strategies for improving both internal
communication within Government and with other stakeholders and wider
external audience
Experience & Qualification
Candidates must posses a minimum of a Masters degree in a relevant
discipline and:
A proven track record of excellence as an Information and Communication
expert..
Experience of working with (and preferably in) the Nigeria Public
Service.
Experience of working on Public Service Reform issues.
A proven record of establishing and maintaining effective communication
networks.
A high level of competence in web management.
Experience and competence in liaising iwth the media.
Ability to interface with various stakeholders.
Experience and competence in Liaising with the media.
Ability to interface with various stakeholders.
Experience of a broad spectrum of communication work-including use of IT
and modern technology, organizing events, and producing effective
publications etc.
High level competence in oral and written communication skills.
TECHNICAL OFFICER MONITORING AND EVALUATION
who has the experience and the technical ability to support the
development and operation of a robust result-based M&E Process in BPSR.
Experience & Qualification
Candidate must possess a minimum of a master's degree in a relevant
discipline and the:
Knowledge about M&E criteria and standards
Experience in practical application of M&E
Experience in capacity building, skills transfer and / or mentoring
Experience in the implementation of business process, preferably in the
public sector.
