REQUIREMENTS

Specific job description:

 

To manage and ensure business development for the Information Technology centre and the services organization which involves bringing in professional jobs and growing the centre to a household name.

 

You will be responsible for developing and launching business initiatives and strategies for the organization.

 

Previous experience in business development in the technology field would be an advantage

 

Nature of work:

 

Business development and management for the IT organization. Expand the reach and scope of the training school and service provision.

The organization intends to expand to cover more professional courses and also diversifying its service output. Your role is pivotal in this regard.

 

Education and work experience:

 

Ideally a masters degree holder with about 5-7 years experience in a computing institution who also has a stint in marketing/business development. Result-oriented, Go-Getter. Note that Qualifications are not as important as your ability to deliver.

 

Personality traits:

 

Ability to work under less supervision, married.

Team player, Good interpersonal skills, Extrovert and focused person, Achiever orientation.
 

Performance requirements and expectations:

 

Compensation is attractive, In addition superior performance will be rewarded generously. Performance assessment will be carried out.
