AUDIT MANAGER
REF: O&G 001
Reporting to the Group Chief Finance Officer, the Audit Manager
has responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the
Internal Audit department objectives ensuring consistence with company
is corporate objectives. The incumbent also ensures the integrity of
business processes as well as levels of compliance with laid down
procedures and controls are meant.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1st degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related areas.
5-7 years cognate work experience, 3 years of which must have been at
Senior Management level and Audit related from a reputable
organization/institution.
AUDITOR REF: O&G 002
The Junior Auditor is primary responsibility is to coordinate the
implementation of audit work plans across the Oando Group.
This job incumbent has responsibility for implementing the day-to-ay
functions of the ICA Department, to achieve objectives consistent with
the company is corporate strategy and business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1st degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related area.
3-5 years cognate work experience, in a structured business environment
INTERNAL CONTROLS MANAGER REF: O&G 003
Reporting to the Group Chief finance Officer, the Internal Controls
Manager has responsibility for reviewing the group internal controls,
recommending as well as implementing appropriate controls to bridge
perceived gaps. The job incumbent will partner with the company is
management team, and employees at all levels, to achieve objectives
consistent with the company is corporate strategy and business goals.
The position incumbent champions the implementation of effective Risk
Management policies, systems and controls across the company.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1ST degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other area.
At least years cognate work experience, 4 years of which must have been
at Management level and Audit/control related from a reputable
organization/Institution
CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER REF: O&G 004
Reporting to the Head, Corporate Communications the Corporate
Communications Officer is responsible for the planning and execution of
specific corporate, product and service brand management efforts, image
and reputation management programs in area of responsibility geared at
creating adequate levels of awareness of the company brand, and the
value proposition of the various products and services provided by the
company.
Within approved policy and authority limits, the position incumbent
represents the interests of the company on projects and events planned
and executed with the involvement of external solutions partners
including the media an the press.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
1st degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration etc. or
other field
5-6 years operational experience (Corporate/External Affairs, Media
and/or Advertising) within a reputable and structured business
environment, preferably a multinational corporation within the Oil & Gas
industry.
Strong exposure to reputation and events management
