Saro is a company having diverse business in the Crop Protection, FMCG, Public Health, and Product Export industries. With Saro's Head Office located in Lagos and branches across the six geographical zones of the country and in Ghana, Saro has the  following vacant Graduate Trainee positions:

Graduate Trainees (Sales & Marketing)
The successful candidates will receive training on selling, marketing, customer service, supply chain and agric development in preparatory to becoming junior managers in any of the stated Departments.

While on training, Graduate trainees will be posted to assigned territories to carry out the following responsibilities:

* Achieve company set sales and collection targets in the assigned territory within company's operational guidelines;

Ensure implementation of the company's distribution system through full coverage of the territory;

Initiate and coordinate government business in the States within the territory;

Develop sales to commercial farms and institutions within the territory;

Maintain and develop good and mutually beneficial business relationship with all levels of customers in the territory especially the Key Account customers;

Direct and manage Key Account Distribution infrastructure and staff;

Collect, interpret and analyse correct market information and advise immediate supervisor; Conduct business review meetings with customers and Key Account customers;

Train and coach Key Account staff to deliver on set Targets and objectives;

Execute all marketing activities in the territory.

Qualifications/Requirements
* B.Sc in any of the Agric Sciences, Pure Sciences and any Social Sciences with minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division.
* HND holders with Upper Credit in any of the above academic areas are eligible to apply.
* Not more than 26 years
Ability to speak French and any 2 of Nigerian languages inclusive of Hausa will be an added advantage.
* No previous work experience required
* Must have been discharged/exempted from NYSC
