This internship is most appropriate for applicants with interests in Customer service, Marketing and using creative abilities to build client relationships, sell and market for results.

It is imperative that the Intern has a desire for offering customer service.

You must love interacting with people, selling and getting results from your marketing effort.

Interns can expect to apply top quality Marketing skills within the 6 month internship period. Therefore, it is imperative that the Intern has a desire to market for results.

School Certificate / OND
AGE: 18 - 24 years
Internship Period: 6 Months

The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to meet the following requirements

- Generate new prospects and follow up on existing leads

- Customer relationship - dealing with enquiries in person and by telephone promptly and courteously. internal and external customer inquiries, e-mail in a timely manner
- Attending to Client correspondence, by email and letter.
- Advising potential customers
- Working with staff to resolve marketing and customer issues
- Customer friendly and business attitude
- Weekend work

- Ability to commit to a 6 month position

· Leading special projects on own initiative
· Performing general office and clerical duties

· Filing, photocopying and faxing

- Location: Lagos, Nigeria


Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Browsing, E-mail
- Enthusiastic, flexible & positive attitude towards people, service and selling, Self-motivation, Detail-orientation, Initiative

- High level of creativity and initiative

- A Can-Do Attitude and immense interest in Customer relations and Marketing for results

Qualifications/Experience

School certificate / OND
Good verbal and written presentation and communication skills are essential

The successful applicant will be self-motivated and organized, and have an attention to detail in their work. The individual will be personable and a good communicator, both verbally and in writing. And most of all the candidate will be result oriented.
