Integrated Turnkey Solutions Services Account Consultant Job in Nigeria

Integrated Turnkey Solutions, a leading provider of cutting-edge integrated information technology solutions to a wide spectrum of industries and government entities seeks to hire a qualified professional for the position of Services Account Consultant.

Services Account Consultant: Ref: SAM-NGN-05-01)

will be responsible for the assigned account by handling all aspects of IT technical support and maintaining an excellent level of customer service at all times.

He will also provide overall management for the account in terms of account team relationship, core renewal business, new services business, advanced services and high end consulting services.

The ideal person for this position should possess the following:


Degree in computer science with about 9-11 years experience in the area of IT service delivery and / or the maintenance of computer software/hardware and peripherals.

Should have hands on experience in leading and managing all services related to maintenance of IT contracts and IT applications support of assigned accounts.
 

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
