Kaduna State in its plan to eradicate poverty as contained in
its 2008 Budget.
In its determination to provide financial assistance
to petty traders and businesses towards assisting women, widows and the
youths is planning to take inventory of all petty traders and youths
that have certain trade but lack the capital to propel such trades to
greatness.
To achieve this laudable objective, it has decided to engage the
services of unemployed graduates who shall undertake the exercise in all
local Government Areas.
Towards this end and therefore, applications are invited from suitably
qualified graduates who will be gainfully employed in each Local
Government Area of the State for immediate employment as
DATA SURVEY COLLECTORS
JOB DESCRIPTION
i. The successful applicant is expected to collect data for the
formation of a data bank enable Kaduna State Government to keep Records
of prospective loan beneficiaries of its small scale Micro-Credit Loan
Scheme.
ii. He/She is expected to traverse the nooks and crannies of the Local
Government to gather statistics of small scale businesses and also women
who require the assistance of the State Government towards ameliorating
their financial difficulties and enhancing their business status.
iii. He/She will be in employment for a period of six months within
which all these statistics would have been compiled and the loan
disbursed to the beneficiaries through Micro-Finance Banks or Financial
Institutions.
iv. While compiling these data, prospective beneficiaries are expected
to be educated that the loan scheme is interest free and without
collateral.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:-
The prospective applicants should be graduate from a recognized
University or Polytechnic with a First Degree or HND in any relevant
field of discipline.
