Job Description:

Compile initial project plan with input from all the relevant resources and confirm the plan with stakeholders
Update project plan with changes, get approval and conduct regular update meetings with Project Manager and stakeholders
Conduct a post implementation review and documentation; follow up on outstanding items
Compile risk and issue matrices and update them weekly or as agreed in the initial stakeholders meeting
Plan the resources for assigned projects; define responsibilities and work scope for each team member
Compile, approve and manage assigned budget for the project
Assist with the analysis process and resolve issues escalated by the Project Manager and Project stakeholders
Management of the change process as a result of the project in the business
Communicate progress of projects to relevant project stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to specifications
Manage documentation process to ensure completeness and easy referral to project documents
Work with stakeholders and the project team to develop cost-effective, value-adding solutions on each project
Direct and apply Project Management standard activities.
