The Company: Promasidor Nigeria Limited, a leading player in
the African and Nigerian Food and Beverage industry, requires the
services of a qualified candidate for employment into the position
specified below. Position: SOFTWARE
DEVELOPER The Job: Successful candidates will be expected to, among
others: Ø
Develop new customised business systems or make
changes to existing ones by researching, designing and writing program
codes that adhere to the company’s standard programming procedures and
meet functional specifications. Ø
Develop Customised Reports/enhance existing reports
using available development tools. Ø
Understand business goals and needs in order to
translate functional specifications into technical specifications and
application functionality. Ø
Fix bugs in previously customised solutions.
Document codes for fixes using available tools. Adhere to version
control & upgrade standards.
The Person: The Candidate must possess, at least, a Bachelor
of Science Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science
or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years programming experience,
preferably in C or Pascal. He/she
must be able to think logically, pay close attention to detail, and work
with minimal supervision. How
