OPPORTUNITIES EXIST FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
- SYSTEMS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
-
Manage and
enhance local information system activities (software, hardware, communications);
-
Leverage business knowledge and systems expertise to support the efforts of other functions;
-
Redesign
and introduce new data collection systems and
-
Re-train staff to make maximum use of existing IT Systems;
-
Plan and manage the introduction of a new reporting software;
-
Promote agreed I.S. best practices.
Person Specifications:
A good degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus minimum of 10years post qualification in a structured environment with 3 years at senior management cadre in relevant blue chip manufacturing company.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Responsibilities:
-
Initiate
and implement all HR strategies for acquisition, assimilation, development and retention of human resources required for the business.

Create, update and manage, internal HR policies and procedures and providing guidance and compliance with Nigerian legislation.
-
Automate, simplify and centralize employee information systems to give timely management information.
-
Streamline and simplify grade structures and payment systems
-
Manage all HR contractors and Departmental spends.
-
Manage health and safety policy and practice.
-
Act as Internal Consultant to other function heads and employees in capacity building
Person Specifications:
A good degree in Social Sciences and Humanities with minimum of
6 years HR generalist background in a relevant blue chip company
Factory HR Management skills is a pre-requisite.
