Empowerment announcement for 2011/2012 TOTAL E&P Nigeria NATIONAL MERIT UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP for Nigerian students

Application for the 2011/2012 NNPC TOTAL (E&P) Merit Scholarship Awards is on. 

In its determination to promote educational development in Nigeria, Total (E&P) Nigeria Limited awards scholarships to exceptional Nigerian students in secondary and Tertiary institutions as well as those in postgraduate studies.

TOTAL (E&P) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for its 2010/2011 National Merit Scholarship Awards for undergraduate students currently in their 1st and 2nd year of studies in recognized Nigeria Universities.

This is a significant major contribution towards improving the quality of human capital that Nigeria needs for development. It is an empowerment opportunity Nigerian students can benefit from, especially in the host communities where TOTAL (E&P) operate.

ELIGIBILITY: WHO IS QUALIFIED TO APPLY

The NNPC/TEPNG Merit Scholarship Award is open to all matriculated Nigerian full-time degree students in their first/second year of studies in Nigeria Universities and who are NOT beneficiaries of any other scholarships.

In addition to the above condition, applicants must show:

* Proof of SSCE or equivalent certificate,

* Proof of UME scores and admission to the course of study

  • Accounting

  • Agricultural Sciences

  • Business Administration

  • Banking & Finance

  • Engineering

  • Computer Sciences

  • Environmental Sciences

  • Pure and Applied Sciences

  • Land & Quantity Surveying

  • Law

  • Medical Sciences

Application closes on the 18th of October, 2011.

Please note that only short listed candidates would be contacted for the selection test.
