Journal of Black And African Arts and Civilisation (JBAAC) Call For Papers

PAPERS are invited from researchers, scholars and the general public for publication in the Journal of Black And African Arts and Civilisation (JBAAC), a publication of the Centre for Black and African Arts and Civiliaation (CBAAC) in Nigeria.

The JBAAC has a mandate to contribute to the pool of global knowledge and highlight the contributions of Africans and Blacks the world over towards the overall advancement and development of humanity.

Towards the realisation of the set objectives of the centre, it has produced numerous publications on all facets of Black and African arts and culture.

The theme for next edition is:

Culture and Globalisation and contributors are expected to present their papers within such framework.

 

The manuscript should be prepared along the following format:

Entries should include:

title,

the author(s) name,

institutional affiliation, and

address including email address and contact phone number(s).

It must be written in English Language with one-page abstract and not more than 20 pages doubled-spaced A4 size paper, prepared with the Modern Language Association (MLA) style manual.

In a statement by CBAAC, entries for consideration, which must be in electronic format, should be received not later than September 4, by the following recipients:

CBAAC is a parastatal of Nigeria's Federal Ministry of Culture, Tourism and National Orientation established by Decree 69 of 1979 with responsibility for the promotion and propagation of Black and African arts, culture and civilisation.
