Chevron RESEARCH GRANT for Nigerian Conservation Foundation

The Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF) with support from Chevron offers research grants to Nigerians wishing to undertake research work in fields related to nature conservation / poverty reduction and sustainable livelihood. The grant shall be for three years leading to a PhD degree.

Candidates will be selected based on (among others) the quality of their research proposal.
 

 



Requirements:

Candidates must

Candidates must be Nigerian citizen
Candidates must have M.Sc Degree or equivalent qualification in Biological sciences,
Social Sciences, or Law (Environmental Law/Protection)
Candidates must have secured admission in a Nigerian university towards a PhD degree
Candidates must develop acceptable research proposal that meets NCF mission and vision.


Applicants should not submit more than one proposal for consideration.

letter and a 3000-word proposal using 12-point size Times New Roman fonts with one and a half spacing typing should be addressed sent to:

proposal for consideration. Only short listed candidates will be invited for interview.
