So back to the question. What is / Who are Technical Support? Who are these people? They are the people you call when you're having problems with your computer. They also keep the computers running smoothly in the background in different working environments. Typically as a Computer support person you are involved in installation, setup, upgrading, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and all other peripherals. Plus, you need to fully understand the network configurations and operating systems your users might be utilizing. In many instances, this includes the setup, training of users in the use of systems, as well as carrying out Software related tasks.
